Khurshid Almeher has 23+ years of experience in architecture and project management across Bangladesh and Japan. He holds a PhD in Architecture from the University of Tokyo (2005) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP, 2009). Before founding Kaymonto in 2013, he spent over a decade in Tokyo's design and construction industry — including project leadership roles delivering major fit-out and relocation programmes for Barclays Global Investors and Lehman Brothers — before returning to Dhaka to run the PMO for a US$235M mixed-use development. In 2020, Kaymonto & Partners was recognised as PMO of the Year by the PMI Bangladesh Chapter — a distinction that reflects the firm's consistent approach to programme governance and client accountability. Khurshid has served as Management Delivery Partner (MDP) across the HSBC Bangladesh portfolio, a designation that reflects the level of accountability HSBC placed in his team across a programme valued at over US$30M.

His sustainability record spans three LEED Gold certifications (Barclays Global, HSBC, Unilever), one LEED Platinum (HSBC), and one EDGE-certified project (IFC's head office). Alongside Kaymonto, he serves as an independent consultant on development projects funded by the World Bank, KfW Development Bank and IFC, and teaches Construction Management as Adjunct Professor at the University of Asia Pacific.
