Most projects do not fail for lack of effort. They fail because the people closest to delivery are the last to raise the alarm — and by the time a slippage or cost overrun is visible in a status report, the options to fix it have already narrowed.
Project Assurance gives the owner an independent set of eyes: a senior, client-side view of whether the project is truly where it is reported to be, and what to do about it before it costs you. It is independent — we report to you, the sponsor, not to the contractor or delivery team being assessed. It is early — we surface risk while it is still cheap to correct, rather than certifying it after the fact. And it is senior — judgement built over two decades of delivery, not a checklist filled in by a junior.
Assurance is designed to start small and prove its value. Most owners begin with a Project Health Check; where it uncovers exposure worth managing, it converts naturally into an ongoing Assurance Retainer. You are never asked to commit to a long engagement to find out whether one is needed.

Project Health Check
An independent 2–3 week diagnostic of an in-flight project — rapid review of schedule realism, cost exposure, governance and reporting gaps, delivered as a RAG-rated findings report with prioritised corrective actions.
Assurance Retainer
Continuous independent oversight alongside the delivery team, with a monthly assurance report to the sponsor covering schedule, cost, risk and change — and red flags escalated before they become cost events.
Cost & Schedule Audit
An on-demand forensic review of a specific dispute, claim, variation or delay, producing an independent, evidence-based quantum or extension-of-time opinion the sponsor can rely on in negotiation.
